Custom or made-to-order basins cannot be returned unless defective. By ordering custom products, you acknowledge this restriction.

3. Ordering and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. Credit card/PayPal refunds may take 5-10 additional days to appear on your statement.
