All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping:

  • Available for orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship globally except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Item must be in original condition – unused, uninstalled, with all packaging and tags
  • Item must be in resalable condition with no signs of wear or damage
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Washstands showing any signs of use or installation
  • Custom or made-to-order basins
  • Items not in their original condition or missing packaging

All washstand returns must be in pristine, as-delivered condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Complete the Return/Exchange Request Form (template provided below)
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse using a trackable method (address provided in return authorization email)

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). We recommend using a trackable service with insurance.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund or exchange with email confirmation.

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)

For exchanges, your replacement item will ship once the return is processed, with standard delivery times applying.
