Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition – unused, uninstalled, and with all original packaging and tags
  • The item must be in resalable condition with no signs of wear or damage
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on washstands that show any signs of use or installation. All washstand returns must be in pristine, as-delivered condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this occurs.

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: 5-10 business days after processing (depending on your financial institution)
  • Original payment method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase

For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once the return is processed. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery estimates (10-15 days for standard shipping, 15-25 days for free shipping).
